Santa Rosa Beach Florida is an unincorporated community nestled between Miramar beach to the west and Laguna Beach to the east. This area covers approximately 65 square miles with the Chactawahachee Bay to the north and the white sand beaches to the south. Not officially incorporated, Santa Rosa Beach enjoys a more rural feel including tree-lined streets. Best to view a good map of the area as the sand pine trees in North Santa Rosa Beach can get very tall and you might be surprised to know what houses are hiding behind the trees. The unofficial main street of Santa Rosa Beach is CR 393 because it reaches from the gulf to the bay.
