SECOND – our agents will research the property and ownership information along with any other details you may want to know.

THIRD – we will reach out to the sellers or sellers representatives through all available means to find out if they would like to sell.

FORTH – we arrange your private showing and inspection of the home

FIFTH – we assist you with the necessary offer documents you and a seller will need to negotiate price and open your escrow.

This is just another way our team goes the extra mile for you. As you can imagine, this property location method costs us both time and capital so we reserve this service for our Buyer’s Broker customers only. IN plain English this means if you are a serious buyer we will work our buts off to find you a home at no cost to you.
