Lars was our agent during our search for our first home together in Florida. He was very knowledgeable of homes for sale in the area and in our price range. At one point we were told by our lender that our preapproval amount would not allow us to purchase the home that we wanted. We were devastated and almost decided to give up our home search, but Lars recommended that we get a second opinion from another lender. and hours later they had us preapproved for the same home that we were told by the other lender that we did not qualify for. Amazing! If Lars had not encouraged us to seek a second opinion from another lender we would definitely not be living in our home today.
Lars helped negotiate the price down and was able to get all of our closing costs paid by the seller for us and was able to get an extra $1000 at closing to go towards repairs that were needed on the home look at more info. Our home buying experience was a very pleasant one thanks to Lars we are also satisfied with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. We both would definitely recommend him for anyone interested in buying a home. We give Lars five stars and two thumbs up!!!!!!!!! :):):):)
