Lars was our agent during our search for our first home together in Florida. He was very knowledgeable of homes for sale in the area and in our price range. At one point we were told by our lender that our preapproval amount would not allow us to purchase the home that we wanted. We were devastated and almost decided to give up our home search, but Lars recommended that we get a second opinion from another lender. and hours later they had us preapproved for the same home that we were told by the other lender that we did not qualify for.
